Heather Booth
Heather founded Collaborative Accounting Solutions in 2021 with a clear mission: to help small businesses stay organized and tax-ready. What began as a love for bookkeeping has grown into a true passion for supporting business owners—not only by ensuring clean, accurate books for their CPAs, but also by helping them save money, grow strategically, and understand exactly where their money is going.
Heather especially enjoys working with Creatives. Her very first client, a Film Production company, is still a treasured partner today. Recently, she has expanded her focus into the Interior Design world, where she thrives on the details and appreciates the artistry and vision that define the industry.
Heather and her husband recently relocated from Orlando, Florida to Columbia, South Carolina with their three children. Together, they are enjoying building a life in the Carolinas and exploring everything their new community has to offer.

Melissa Frame
Melissa joined our team in March 2024, and she’s passionate about helping small businesses stay organized and thrive. With a sharp eye for detail and a love of efficiency, she ensures our clients’ books are balanced, accurate, and stress-free.
When she’s not balancing the books, you’ll find her chasing after two adventurous toddlers, capturing life’s little moments through photography, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or enjoying the outdoors with her family.
